Partner, Financial Specialist

Bruce Clarke is an accomplished financial executive and entrepreneur with 29 years business experience. Bruce spent 20 years in telecom, biotech, health-tech, packaged goods companies in roles spanning finance, business development, marketing and sales. Bruce currently leads all financial aspects of SRED and sits on two volunteer boards.

Phil Winter

Partner, SRED Specialist

Phil Winter, P.Eng., M.Sc., is an engineer with 30 years experience in industry and R&D with expertise in electrical and electronics, agriculture, ag-tech, food, software, forestry and wood products, and equipment manufacturing. Phil has been helping SRED clients since 2007 and leads all technical and engineering aspects of SRED at Progression Capital.
