Over many years of working in SMCs and consulting firms, Phil and Bruce accessed non-dilutive funding from both sides of the desk: as company executives and as consultants. They met in a business venture back in 2009 and started Progression Capital in 2018. Their shared love for helping and growing small businesses, along with their expertise in non-dilutive funding made for a perfect partnership. Phil is an electrical engineer (M.Sc., P.Eng. Non-practicing) and manages the technical components of client claims and submissions. Bruce is a business executive (B.A., Econ) with a bent for sales, marketing and finance; and manages all things financial. Combined, they possess the key skills and knowledge to help growth-oriented companies access non-dilutive capital. 

Over the course of their careers, Phil and Bruce have managed over 1000 SRED claims. With a passion for helping SMCs access non-dilutive capital and further innovation in Canada, they continue to grow the Progression Capital team and business, living their entrepreneurial dreams. The main office is located in Kelowna, with a satellite office in Saskatoon.
